Our people:
At Cuisine Innovations, we strive to ingrain excellence as part of our company culture, and the cornerstone for this attitude begins with properly trained employees. A great deal of time is committed to develop employees who surpass company and customer expectations towards quality and food safety. It has been this way since 1947.

 

Our ingredients:
Quality products begin with quality ingredients, and this is why we form partnerships with some of the most respected suppliers in the country. Each ingredient is approved by our Research and Development chefs to insure it meets exacting specifications, and each supplier is accepted by our Quality Assurance department based on rigid food safety criteria. This selective process guarantees our customers that only safe, wholesome ingredients are used in the manufacturing of the finest hors d’oeuvres.

 

Our facilities:
Cuisine Innovations prides itself on operating in state of the art facilities. Constant capital improvements are made to purchase the most sophisticated equipment that help making our hors d’oeuvres better, safer and of the highest quality in our industry. These improvements include nitrogen spiral freezing to immediately capture the freshness of our products, state of the art metal detectors to insure the safe manufacture of all items, and climate controlled manufacturing rooms to better preserve the quality and freshness of our ingredients and allows us to produce all of our hors d’oeuvres in a safer way. Our know how, expertise and leading technology allow us to create the simplest or the most sophisticated hors d’oeuvres, all with the same great taste and quality we are famous for.

 

Our quality and safety controls:
Our company operates under the seven principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). We have our own in house laboratory for microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products, and we validate our sanitation programs with cutting edge ATP technology.

All of the programs used by Cuisine Innovations to insure food safety and quality are monitored daily by the United States Department of Agriculture. In addition, our company also falls under the jurisdiction of the Food and Drug Administration as well as the Orthodox Union for our kosher products. Independent third party auditors also are used to verify that our plant is operating under the safest conditions.
